AFCO provided its project management and construction services to Florida Atlantic University and the State of Florida Board of Regents for the construction of the FAU Student Housing Services Facility. The facility is a two-story concrete structure with exposed architectural concrete and features an extensive glass curtain wall system. The use of glass-block, a glass wall system, and active colors provided an attractive design choice.
