About AFCO Contracting Services

AFCO was founded by Aldo J. Ferrera in 1984, in Plano, Texas, as a concrete contractor, building low and mid-rise office buildings. After moving operations from Texas to its new headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida, in 1989, AFCO re-established itself and has evolved from a firm providing solely general contracting services to a multi-faceted enterprise with the experience and expertise to provide comprehensive design, construction, integrated security/access control systems and communications solutions to companies and institutions that require exceptional value and intelligent solutions for their projects. In 2012 AFCO relocated to San Antonio, Texas.

Service and ethics are AFCO's cornerstones, and prudent planning is what undergirds its growth and liquidity.
